| Personal History | Known as Hasty to her friends, Harriet joined Star Fleet because she’d grown up with the stories of Star Fleet from her grand mother, who filled Hasty’s head with stories of far off planets and interesting species. Living up to her nickname, she was always in a hurry and saw enlisted service as the quickest way to do that. She learned patience and found an aptitude for Operations work, and a love for flying. Most of her first five years of service saw her piloting a work-bee at Utopia Planetia. She’s never married and had a handful of serious relationships. Hasty’s decided that she still has those stars in her eyes and isn’t ready to fully settle down with anyone, as there may be another being she wants to get close to just as there are more planets and species to see out there. Why then serving aboard the OFHQ for the past few years? Well it was good for her career and she was in a relationship with Talon Sha, a Tellarite engineer. When that relationship went south, she started looking for a new posting and joined the Valiant when she found out the ship was being readied for service again. She’d done some work aboard the Valiant and felt drawn to her. |
