The nude body of Ambassador Giles Telford lay in a screened off section of Valiant’s small medical Bay. The zip-tie like device that had strangled him had been cut in order to remove the body from the now sealed off Cargo Bay and shuttle.

Daynah stood off to the side to allow the Doctor primary access to the body. She concealed her trepidation very well. As far back as Daynah could remember, hell as far back as Ral could remember there had not been a murder on a Starship. Especially one as small as the Valiant, and yet here they were. "Dr Grayson I will serve as your data recorder. Ready to begin when you are."

Mac frowned slightly, "I don't see how you are going to record this, the computer is usually used doing the recording."

Curtis slipped into the room and nodded to the two officers, catching the CMO's question. "Due to the politics involved doctor, we're ensuring everything is wired tight. Lots of eyes on this. Please proceed. We're on a deadline too."

Frowning again, Mac got to work. This was one part of being the CMO, that wasn't pleasant. She took a soft breath, and then start started speaking, "Mackenzie Graham, Chief medical officer of USS Valiant, performing autopsy on Ambassador Giles Telford," she paused a moment, "Telford, human aged 56, Roughly 198 cm tall, weighing 75 kg. black hair, brown eyes. Shows signs of myopia but otherwise perfect health, before death by asphyxiation." Mac paused again.
